Dr. Andrei Ríos is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon recognized for his academic excellence, surgical expertise, and patient-centered approach. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the School of Medicine at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, graduating with honorable mention for outstanding academic performance. He went on to complete a rigorous five-year residency in General Surgery, followed by a subspecialty in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León—one of Mexico’s most prestigious teaching hospitals—where he was named Chief Resident and honored as a Distinguished Resident for his exemplary leadership and dedication. Further enhancing his training, Dr. Ríos completed a Fellowship in Aesthetic Surgery, endorsed by the same university, solidifying his expertise in cosmetic procedures.
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
His international experience includes clinical rotations at renowned U.S. institutions such as the California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, UT Southwestern in Dallas, Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, and Shriners Hospital for Children in Galveston.
