Massive Weight Loss
Patients who have experienced massive weight loss—typically over 20 kg (50 lbs) in less than six months, either through diet or bariatric surgery—often face challenges with skin elasticity. Due to the significant reduction in fat volume, the skin may not retract fully, resulting in loose, sagging areas and folds that can be addressed surgically.

Areas to treat
The most commonly affected areas include the abdomen, breasts, back, arms, thighs, and face. As a result, multiple procedures may be required, performed in stages, to effectively treat all areas the patient wishes to improve.
