I had my procedure in July 2024, 360 TT, bbl, extended breast lift w/ fat transfer.
my experience was great from start to finish, I received the best care from Dr. Rios and his team, Pre Op day of surgery and Post OP everything was great. Very clean, professional, kind and courteous, I highly recommend Dr. Rios to anyone.

Dr. Rios is very personable and professional with patient safety a priority. We discussed surgical plan, talked about my surgery expectations, answered all questions and concerns I had. he is VERY knowledgeable on comorbities and considers best/safest approach for individuals with such getting surgery. Additionally, Dr. Rios team is super! They are kind, caring, compassionate. I always felt heard, treated with care, well taken care of. I found being able to sit with the anesthelogist, Dr. Gonzalez in discussing pain management, explaining breakdown of options super helpful. To check ins with nurse Hilario at RH, after care follow ups with Dr. Vazquez, super organized patient coordinator Andrea, to everyone else helping making everything go smoothly AMAZING!!!! So pleased with the outcome that I'm already planning to return for round two later this year
After loosing 175 pounds, I felt like I had accomplished something incredible, but I was left with tons of loose skin. I found a local surgeon here in Canada to perform a tummy tuck and the result were botched. this just made me feel worse about my body than the loose skin I had. I decided to look outside of the country for a surgeon who could help and specialized in massive weight loss patients- and I'm so thankful I found Dr. Andrei Rios.

Dr. Rios truly changed my life. Not only does he do wonderful, meticulous work, but his bedside manner is exceptional. From the moment I met him, I knew I was in good hands. He listened carefully to my concerns, took time to explain every detail, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The work Dr. Rios did to correct the botched surgery from my previous procedure was nothing short of amazing. The results are beyond what I ever imagined, and I finally feel like my body reflects the hard work I've put in over the years.

I cannot recommend my plastic surgeon and theit tram enough. When other US doctors told me my situation couldn't be fixed, this incredible doctor went above and beyond to restore my body and my confidence. I trusted him and is team completely, and the entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. The staff professionalism and care made me feel so safe that I was comfortable crossing the border alone for my follow up. They ensure you are completely taken care of from the border throughout the entire stay till you are safely returned to the border. Additionally, the entire team spoke fluent English, ensuring clear communication and making the process smooth and stress-free. Lovely Experience!!
This surgeon is an absolute Jewel!!! He has excellent bedside manner and his skill is beyond belief!! I'd lost 147lbs and my body was a mess. With just a few procedures I have my confidence back! I'm a Nurse Practitioner in the USA and the experience was much better than here in the states. GO now you'll love yourself forever.

Gave me great tips for a smooth recovery
I Had an amazing experience with Dr. Rios and his team! From the very beginning, the coordinator Haley responded in a timely manner and answered all of my questions, even though I had quite a few. Even with delays in my flight, they were accommodating from start to finish. 

Dr. Rios and Dr. Gonzalez, were very informative during my pre Op appointment. I have never had a doctor in the U.S. explain in such detail not only what they were doing, but the why behind it. I never felt nervous or uncomfortable while talking to them.

The day of surgery, Dr. Rios and Dr. Gonzalez came in first thing to say, good morning and explain the procedure and how the day was going to go. After surgery and time in the recovery room, I was taken back to my husband and carefully put into bed. I slept well and did not wake up until the next morning. When the nursing team was there to assist me with my first shower. After that was all taken care of I was transported to the hotel recovery floor. the care staff there, along with the hotel staff was great. I was checked on daily by doctor Rios team and put at ease for any questions I may have had. 

After my time in Mexico I went home and connecting with Haley and Dr. Rios was very easy. They stayed in contact and gave me great tips for a smooth recovery.
I would 100% recommend this tram and look forward to going back for a second visit.

Amazing experience - my care was top notch both times
I would give 10+ stars if I could! I just can't say enough about Dr. Rios - he is amazing! Everyone involved - coordinators, drivers, nurses, hospital staff, Dr. Gonzalez (anesthesiologist) office staff, the Grand Hotel staff - absolutely wonderful. I've travelled (alone) to Tijuana twice for surgeries with Dr. Rio. My care was top notch both times.

I no longer carry my 8 lbs of skin on my belly
If you want the best results with an upfront surgeon who will do his absolute best to accommodate all your wishes look no further! Rios has given me my confidence back and I no longer carry my 8 lbs of skin on my belly. I use to stand in corners at water parks which now I'm dying to find which bathing suit will flatter me the most now!

Do it, you won't regret it 
In the US, when you say you're going to get plastic surgery in Tijuana, you get a certain look from whoever you're telling. You then follow it up with "no really, it's safe, more cost effective, and looks great!", they roll their eyes or they ask for more information (for your own safety). It's just how things go when you bring it up BEFORE you have surgery, because there's such a biased narrative on plastic surgery.

Now, when I tell people after surgery, they look shocked, and I'm immediately flooded with compliments and inquiries. "Where did you go, what did you get?" And tons of questions from others who are suddenly realizing it might be a viable option for them too. Dr. Rios opened up that door of conversation for me, and I'm always so happy to be able to share it.

I had my surgery in 2022 and stayed in the Quartz hotel with my sister for about five days. Personally, the only part I got nervous on was wiring money because it a was a new process. Even up to being on the table counting back from 10, I didn't have any anxiety, and I'm a critical overthinker. The Rios team is so incredibly respectful, well prepared, and kind within the entire process. I felt well informed and attended to during my time in Tijuana. The aftercare was meticulous and always available, and while surgery recovery is always difficult, I was happy the moment I could walk and begin to see the results. 

It's almost weird to say it was a fun process, but with the pain aside, that's the best way I can describe the effort gone into the experience crafted by the Rios team (and I'm not a surgery junkie!). I enjoyed my stay, the people, and overall experience from beginning to end. While I found the online support group weeks after my procedures and wasn't able to get other patient perspectives before my turn, I have enjoyed answering questions about the process and watching others journeys progress.

Overall, the Rios team helped me find so much pride in my self image after it had deteriorated for years. I'm so happy to have gone to them, and I'd do it all again in a heartbeat.

I found the best Surgeon, at first my hubs was not on board.
From the day I started researching my post weight loss skin removal surgery, safety had to be the doctors #1 priority. I will also add that my husband was not on board with me going to Tijuana for my surgery. We had to make a trip down there to see everything before I could confirm and pay a deposit. Being in surgery in the US I had strict standards for my surgeon. After consulting with Drs in my area, I was left underwhelmed with their results and safety protocols. When I found Dr. Rios, he checked every box for me. He makes the safety of his patients the most important aspect of the surgery. He takes every measure to ensure your safety. That includes always working with the same anesthesiologist and surgical team that share the same safety standards. While putting you safety first is a priority, secondly is his signature. His signature is his amazing results. He truly has magic hands. His talent goes beyond the basics. He specializes in making a post weight loss body look amazing. The best part is that he doesn't just specialize in weight loss patients, he is just as talented with his patients that are not seeing him post weight loss. His gallery speaks for itself. I want to continue by saying that being able to communicate and understand your surgeon is just as important as your results. Dr. Rios and his entire team speak perfect English. His coordinators work tirelessly to keep your entire process running smooth from day 1 through your recovery. That's right!!! You heard me!!! Dr. Rios provides an aftercare team to his patients for as long as they need to reach out to them. This is unheard of. He does this because above all else, he cared deeply about each and every one of his patients. You literally cannot find a better surgeon. Cheaper? Of course. but NOT better.

The experience in seeing Dr Rios was incredible. I am from BC Canada and going down to TJ was amazing. The care that I received was amazing. Far better than I've had here in Canada. The time was taken at every step was thoughtful and gentle and listening ear. Having a good hour around anesthesia alone. Was amazing. Dr. Rios CHANGED my life, I'll be forever grateful
Just like everyone else my case will be different that the one before or the one next. I did extensive research all over the world for my plastics journey. It wasn't about price, it was about what results were these drs getting with patients in which I found myself similar too and Dr. Rios is work is work blew my mind. So natural but snatched, great lines, great over all even and enhanced but natural results. I had full mommy makeover, circular tummy tuck, torsoplasty, lipo to back & flanks, extended breast lift w/380 cc implants and BBL. I had a total of 11ish lbs resected, 10 lbs lipo'd and 900 ccs put into each butt cheek. As with all elective procedures, there are possible risks and complication, even in these events Dr. Rios is able to navigate through and get me out feeling and looking better than ever. I learnt from his anesthesiologist, Dr. Gonzalez, that Dr. Rios was actually a general surgeon before switching to plastics, so who better to have you on the operating table? Hehe in truth, you need to trust the doctor you choose, You're literally putting your future in their hands. I would recommend Dr. Rios and his team over and over. So many women who have seen my results have asked for his information. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is in my opinion Dr. Rios the GOAT THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME BACK MY LIFE! I never thought I'd enjoy looking in the mirror or taking pictures again but here I am at 32, two wonderful children and our WHOLE future ahead of us. Look out world!

If I can give 10 stars, I would! MMO after weight loss.
I went Dr. Rios and his team October 8th, 2021 I had an absolutely amazing experience!
Here is what I had done!
Extended tummy tuck, breast lift with implants, lipo and BBL, I also added Juvaderm lip fillers and botox! 2019 I had the gastric sleeve in the states weighed 240 lbs. 
Prior to surgery: Weight 175 lbs, height 5'4". I plan eventually go back for an extended arm lift and a 2nd round of lipo and BBL.
I can not say enough about Dr. Rios and the entire team! Dr. Rios is so sweet, patient, very knowledgeable! My coordinator was Ingrid and she was absolutely amazing at putting my mind at ease! After care was amazing too, they always checked to make sure I was doing good and answered any questions! Even the anesthesiologist Dr. Gonzalez was so nice and super informative, he made sure I was safe and comfortable! Even the nurse Hilario he was very professional. Dr. Rios & Ingrid had him come out and see me at the recovery house!
I can't wait to plan my 2nd round with Dr. Andrei Rios! He is absolutely the best and I'm so happy that I found him! I wouldn't trust anyone else but him!

I had a BBL, TT, BA/BL and chin/cheek lipo.
When a decided to have sx, I literally researched nonstop and I am not lying or exaggerating when I say that I contacted over 50 doctors (and have a spreadsheet). I came across Dr. Rios and reached out for a consult. I spoke with him directly, he listened to me and what I Wanted and his coordinator/ assistant reach out to me. One thing I always heard in the Facebook groups where I did a lot of research was once you pay your deposit, you never hear from anyone again until your surgery. That was so far from the case, Ingrid was always kind and responsive, and I asked a million questions, and she promptly and respectfully answered every single one. I never had surgery before or traveled out of the U.S. Ingrid got everything coordinated for me and made ir super easy. On my sx day the whole team was there and treated me like I was a guest of honor, not like another patient on the table. The whole team was great, everything was of course, very clean, and my results were amazing, and I still can easily contact Dr. Rios or his team. I highly recommend him and I am even going back to him in March to get an arm and back lift. I had a BBL, TT, BA/BL and chin/cheek lipo. I get compliments all the time and people comment how much happier I look in general (even people who have no idea I had sx) I would 1000% recommend Dr. Rios.

Exceeded my expectations - I am so happy with my choice to have surgery with him
Dr. Rios and his staff are incredible! I am so happy with my choice to have surgery with him. The office staff was very communicative, answered all my questions, handled everything I needed without any issue. The whole experience was a breeze. I am 6 days post op and totally swollen but my results are amazing so far! I live in Los Angeles, the Mecca of plastic surgery, and Dr. Rios work is as good as any other world class surgeon.

Dr. Rios stood out from other surgeons because it was obvious he cared about my safety and my results by how much time he spent talking to me and getting to know me. 
His team was so caring, so focused on me that it felt like I was the most important patient he's ever had. And he makes all of his patients feel that way. And the RESULTS. I cannot believe he has taken what my body was and transformed it into what is is now.

Dr. Rios is kind and caring and does excellent work. He listens and offers his support and recommendations. He cares more about your safety and happiness than he does about an upsell. He has a way about him that is very reassuring and calming. I hope I will not need another surgery, but if I do Dr. Rios us tge doctor.

Dr. Rios and his team are top notch. I searched for over a year for a Dr and when I found Rios I knew he was the one. Everything went so smooth from pick up at the airport, communication was so good. loved all of his staff and still talk to them 6 weeks po. will be going back in a year to have my legs done and a breast reduction and lift. I have seen several scars and I am so happy with my choice. Mine look so much better than others was in the recovery house with. if you have any questions please feel free to ask. To top everything off Dr. Rios is very easy on the eyes. Him and his wife are a beautiful couple. His nurse Hilario went out of his way to get me scar cream and mailed it to me in Utah. I speak with him almost daily and send pics of my progress. would recommend this team all day every day.

Dr. Rios gets 5/5 stars for me! I just had all over lipo and BBL with Dr. Rios On Saturday. I am already satisfied this far with my experience with him. At first I very to have this surgery as I am 10 months postpartum and traveling to Mexico from San Diego I had many worries that people told me to be aware of. Not only was Dr. Rios nice enough to do an over the phone video consultation- which made me feel more at ease to follow through and travel down across the border- the moment I met him in person I was %100 confident that I was in good hands. His bedside manner was very professional yet very down to earth. His wife is also a medical professional that works alongside as he does the consults and surgery which I thought was super cool because they make a great team. They were thorough and took as much time as I wanted to ask questions and explain everything In detail. Although I’m not completely healed yet and will wait to share pictures- I’m already happy and satisfied with the results. The moment I met him and his team I said “you are the artist and I trust you to do what you think will make me look the best and give me the results I need” and he certainly did that. I’m so glad that I chose this doctor and overcame my fear of surgery in Mexico with this doctor and would recommend him to anyone seeking plastic surgery in the San Diego/Tijuana/Baja Cali area.. he is a young doctor and has up to date knowledge when it comes to newer and more innovative ways to do surgery. My pain so far is not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. He took his time and my results are amazing this far. I look forward to sharing more about my BBL journey with him as I continue to heal.
