KNOW THE PROCESS STEP BY STEP

Deciding to undergo plastic surgery is a personal and empowering choice — but it's also a process that involves several important steps. From your first contact with us to the day of your surgery, each stage is designed to ensure your safety, satisfaction, and peace of mind. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the full journey: starting with the initial consultation, moving through evaluations and preparation, and ending with the surgery itself. Understanding each step will help you feel more confident and ready for this exciting transformation.

INITIAL STAGE

FIRST CONTACT. Reach out through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or Email and share your email address.QUE
QUESTIONNAIRE. You'll receive a questionnaire to complete.
DR. RECOMMENDATIONS. After submitting it, Dr. Ríos will review your information and send personalized recommendations within 7–10 business days. You’ll need to approve these recommendations to proceed.
QUOTE. Once approved, you’ll receive a price quote within 2–3 business days.

BOOKING STAGE

CHECK AVAILABILITY. Check availability and reserve your preferred surgery date.
DEPOSIT. Submit your deposit to secure the booking.
SCHEDULE A CALL. Once confirmed, you’ll receive your official surgery date and be scheduled for a medical history review call with Dr. Diana Vazquez.
CALL WITH DR. Attend your medical history consultation call with Dr. Vazquez.
PRE-OP INDICATIONS. After the call, you’ll receive your Pre-Op instructions along with helpful information and FAQs, typically within 5–10 business days.

PRE SURGERY STAGE

CBC TEST.. Complete a CBC test to ensure all levels are within a healthy range; if not, you can begin addressing any irregularities (this step is optional).
COORDINATION. Share your travel or flight itinerary with us for coordination
BLOOD WORK.. Submit your pre-op blood work 4–6 weeks before surgery and receive feedback from Dr. Ríos.
SECOND PAYMENT. Make your second payment 2–4 weeks before the surgery date.
ITINERARY. You’ll receive your detailed itinerary approximately 1–2 weeks prior to surgery.
PREGNANCY TEST. Submit your pregnancy test results (apply for women) no later than 7 days before surgery.

SURGERY STAGE

ARRIVAL DAY. Arrive in San Diego one day before your surgery.
PRE-OP BLOOD WORK. Complete your pre-op blood work and urinalysis upon arrival
DR. CONSULTATION.. Attend your pre-operative consultation, where you’ll review your surgical plan and discuss expectations
FINAL PAYMENT. Final payment must be in cash
SURGERY TIME. Attend surgery at your designated appointment time.

POST SURGERY STAGE

LYMPHATIC MASSAGES. If recommended as part of your recovery plan.
NURSE VISITS. Monitoring your recovery progress
DR CONSULTATION. Before returning home, you’ll have a follow-up consultation with Dr. Ríos to ensure everything is healing properly.
BACK HOME. Dr. Rios and his team will be always available for any concern or question that can surge after the surgery
